• Overall a great experience. We did pay for 3 hours and it only took 2 and we did ask for a few things to be moved but they declined because they were not on the list. It's impossible to remember everything in my house when I am out of state, so I found that to be a little petty that they would not move a few items even though we paid them for 3 hours and it only took 2 hours. And then to say we would be charged more when we didn't even get the full 3 hours. I think the system overall needs some revamping so that if you pay for 3 hours, you get 3 hours regardless. I'm not sure if that's a U-Haul issue or their company issue, but overall it did not leave a very good feeling. Having owned my own businesses for over 30 years, I think I would have done things differently in that instance. Having never paid for movers before, we did not know what to expect or how long it would actually take, as I'm sure most people are in the same boat as we are.

  A gun safe 2 smaller separate safes and an ammunition storage locker filled with ammunition are all considered heavy specialty items which are chargeable pieces you guys needed moved that we indeed move with no hassle that was not listed as in the message states anything not listed can be subject to an extra charge Only the ammunition storage locker was considered for an extra charger being well over 100lbs and the customer declined

• They were great help. The only issue was that they were late. That cost me in the long run as I couldn't make a stop I had to get appliances. I had to double back. But there was an accident I call that an act of God. I mean had there not been a wreck they would have been on time. You can't control or plan for that. At a dollar a mile and the extra gas at 5 bucks a gallon that was a hit. My daughter helped them I helped to try to get the truck stacked efficiently. It's a hard time moving we really appreciated the help.
