I hadn’t realized I reserved the service for Tuesday instead of Monday. When Top Source pointed out the mistake, they offered to accommodate a same-day change for a $100 fee. They had people over Monday evening who completed the job quickly, allowing us to hit the road that same day and stay on schedule. We really appreciated their flexibility and efficiency.
