  • They were hard to get in contact with prior to move date and had to call multiple times to confirm the date. They showed up late. They broke my dresser prior to loading it in the truck and then lied to me saying it happened on the drive due to not having moving blankets. They had no regard for any of our stuff. They put A LOT of packing tape on our furniture without our consent which pulled off the wood finish when we removed it. One of them placed a box that said FRAGILE on an unstable surface and we told them to move it so it didn’t fall. When we came back out the box was on the ground on its side and obviously crushed. When asked about it the guy said he put it there so it wouldn’t fall. Multiple glasses inside the box were broken. This same box was placed on the bottom of a large stack and was being crushed while pushed on a dolly. One of them threw a bag on the floor in front of me then asked what was in it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DON’T BOOK THEM!
