I had a simple move from my small U-Haul truck to a storage unit. I had some challenges with another moving company that was late that morning, delaying me, and making me unable to make my original afternoon appointment with Heavyweight Movers. Ali was understanding and worked with me to reschedule for the next morning. We met up the next morning and they got the job done in about an hour (I anticipated two hours). Good young guys trying to build a business and I like it, it was a pleasure meeting them. Left them a cash tip which they were appreciative of. Will contact again when I have to get my stuff out of storage in the near future.
