I scheduled my moving labor for 3 hours. I have used moving help twice before, as recently as 4 months ago, and each crew finished before 3 hours. KD Movers required an additional hour before confirming my booking and after I agreed he didn’t even use 3! He got there at 12 50pm, and I gave the payment code at 3 14pm. Aside from that, he was a bit rude and brought a teen with him as the second crew member. They did not listen or read where boxes were supposed to be placed, I had dishes in my bedroom and boxes labeled for specific rooms in the wrong areas. Finally, the teen he brought asked to use the restroom which was fine, but there was no soap or tissue and he left pee app over my child’s bathroom seat. He said absolutely nothing and my son had to clean his mess. I was disappointed in the customer service experience overall, asking for extra money beforehand and then having an attitude the entire move did not leave a good impression.
