Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Ivan and Elvis were fantastic. I had some trouble picking up the truck at U-Haul which put us an hour behind. But both movers were on time and were very efficient as soon as I arrived. We ended up needing to add an hour, but both movers were willing to stay and finish the job. Highly recommend! Packing a truck is more than just lifting heavy boxes, it’s an art form. Definitely worth it to hire professionals. They know what they’re doing.
You messed up the box size. If you had adjusted it to the correct size, it would have fit, but you didn't, so I had to take everything out and put it back in. So while I was working on it again, for one hour out of two, you did nothing. The sofa was even damaged and broken while you were moving it. I'm filing a formal complaint and requesting compensation.
