• This company is horrible !! The nightmares that I will have for the rest of my life because of them are unimaginable. All my flat screen tvs are broken, all the screws from the disassembly are gone, Several dents and scrapes in the walls, and a hole was put into a very important and expensive painting of mine! The movers milked the clocked even after purchasing 2 additional hours (5 hrs in total for a 2 bed apartment) threatened us, making gun motions, calling my male friend simps who questioned their start time, walked off on the job, left items on the truck and hallway, all bc we asked questions. The OWNER flipped !! Used my bar as a dolly , no truck, showed up on a bikes, and took a hour to get to the drop off location that was taken out of our paid time. It is only 20 mins. Ghetto and absolutely horrible !! This company takes advantage of people especially women. I will not stop until corporate is aware , U-Haul, bbb, yelp,google. Never hire this company !! Reviews are FAKE!

• Absolute worst! Do Not Hire! I can't believe U-Haul even lets these people be associated. The WORST experience I've ever had with a mover. The unloading company even said they've never seen a worse job. They broke several pieces of furniture, lost key pieces, and dropped several items, not to mention they had no idea how to pack. Told me the truck wouldn't hold everything, I had to go back with a trailer to get balance after finding out when we unloaded that there was a huge void in the middle of the truck where nothing was loaded that would have held most of it. DO NOT RECOMMEND, and am filing a claim against this company!
