• They weren't very proactive in reaching out before the move - I needed to text them several times over a few days just to get confirmation of what time they might arrive on moving day. Then they arrived late. I also explained several times how the truck needed to be packed to fit more items that were going to be added from another location. They kept ignoring my instructions and requests to stack boxes, so a different moving crew had to redo their work. They didn't use any of the ratchet straps to secure things even though I kept suggesting they should. They were great for moving heavy boxes and furniture down stairs, but they were a bit cavalier with things that I told them were breakable. Luckily, nothing broke. Moving is already difficult - this team unfortunately made it harder.

• Arrived with a strong smell of marijuana. Movers were slow and drug my furniture across the floor. Was punctual but rushed to move appointment time to an earlier slot. The job was complete but lacked professionalism and care. Would not book again.

  We do apologize that you are not satisfied with a services. The team got the job started at 2 and was done in about 45 minutes. So not sure how things moved slow for you. We only called to see if you were were available to start a little earlier because we had a team that was available earlier and was in area. But we stuck with the desired start time per your request.
