  • I would not book again. They did show up after my previous movers canceled, but the experience was not professional. Pricing was explained as hourly, but once they arrived I was told it only covered one load and one unload regardless of time. That was not clear upfront and felt misleading. I was also pressured to pay an additional 240 due to the truck size. Thankfully we agreed to reschedule! Throughout the move there was constant complaining, poor communication, and the pace slowed near the end. I was told I needed to tip 60 dollars and that they could have stopped working and left me to finish the last 30 minutes solo. Appearance was unprofessional and overall the service felt like they were doing me a favor instead of providing a paid service. Everything was prepped and organized, so this should have been straightforward. I paid what was asked and expected better.
