• The movers were very polite and efficient. They worked really well together. The scheduling was horrible. I had to reach out to the moving company on the day before to ask what time the movers would be coming, and I was told that he would call me back with a time. At 730 the morning of the scheduled service, I got a text saying movers would be here between 1-9am, they arrived at 830. I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours, but about 1 and a half hours after movers arrived, their office called to ask how much longer they had before they finish, because they have another job to go to. I let him know that since they arrived at 830 and I paid for 3 hours, they would not be done until 1130.

• The moving guys were friendly, understanding, communicated well regarding schedule. We would definitely hire them again!

• Communication was really bad. They were an hour and a half late. They did stay until the job was done, but then charged me an extra hour without informing me until after the fact. They were a little rougher on my things than other movers I have used. At the end of the day, in Chattanooga, they were the cheapest, but the same price in NC got me the best movers I've ever had a day prior (a different company).
