Went longer than planned. 7 vs 4 hours. Tyrone and John were willing to stay till the job got done.

sorry you didn't feel that we deserved five stars . The move starts with the customer . If we have to step over things and your house insnt packed and ready to go then things aren't going to go so fast . you also lived on the sixth floor without a reserved elevator. and we had to climb 3 flights to do your unload . and you paid for six hours not 7
