• They were kind and punctual. However, we asked several times to cover pieces of furniture. We had to step in to do it after they continued not to. We had boxes that we said not to put anything on; ignored. They damaged my washer trying to put it through a door. We told them to stop and they still were trying to get it through. Also scratched the front of my tall dresser.
