I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. There was virtually zero communication before or after the job took place. Worse yet, the actual packing and loading of the U-Haul truck was completely careless. When I arrived at my destination and began unloading, I discovered broken glass, multiple crushed boxes, and scratched, damaged furniture. I expected professional handling and basic communication, but instead, my belongings were treated with negligence.
