  Very friendly and hard-working guys. Although they could not speak or hear, the company had an excellent App that allows you to speak into the phone and communicate clearly. The guys were exceptionally skilled at loading furniture so that a maximum load could be taken. They were careful with my furniture, packed and wrapped it well. It was an stress-free job and the cost was very fair. I would definitely use these guys again. They didn’t need my dolly. They just picked heavy pieces like they were picking up their shoes or hat, whereas I struggled to pick up one end. Highly recommended.

  A rung on my dresser that I recently purchased was broken in half when the movers were taking it out of my apartment complex. A metal latch on my piano bench was also damaged. I was told by them to speak with U-haul when addressing the damage, who told me that it was not their responsibility unless the item was damaged in transit. I filed a case with them in July to address the issue, to which they are denying the damage even happening now. They said I waited several weeks to report it, when I was dealing with getting an answer from U-haul and not filing a claim, as I was asked to give a good review, as it'd really help their business. I provided photos of both damaged items and they told me that their mover, Rico, reported no damage to any of my items following the move. If your business model is built on lying about causing damage to someone's property and cold calling me at 10 pm the night I file the claim, I truly hope that nobody else asks for your services for a future move.

  Excellent movers. They had me unpacked in no time and were careful and courteous. I got a confirmation text when booking and they showed up on time and finished quickly. Only removed one star, a quick confirmation call the day before would have been a nice touch. So much is going on during a move, this little detail would be helpful. Overall, excellent.
