Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I needed to move my furniture and boxes from a storage unit into a transportable unit for a long distance move. While one of the associates was 30 minutes late, both associates packed my belongings quickly and safely and stayed until the job was completed. There was minimal shifting of the items when they arrived at the final destination.
My move went so smoothly and quickly. I'm terrible with names so I don't remember their names but both of them were very personable and accommodating. They were transparent with me throughout the whole process even before they arrived. Any info they need from me and coordinating times, was asked ahead of time with lots of clarification. I was also partially worried due to all the stairs, it would be a miserable process for them. However he let me know, it was totally fine and they've done plenty of moves with just as many stairs. Both of them were very kind and I really appreciated their help. If I ever need movers again, I will definitely be calling them.
