I hired Next Home for help moving items to my vehicle, alone I would not be able to carry. Damage was sustained during the move in which the company was not willing to take responsibility.

We are sorry to hear about your concerns. The Peloton was placed in the backseat at your request, without any padding or blankets provided to protect the seat. You mentioned that similar damage had occurred during a previous move, yet still requested we load it the same way, fully aware of the risk. SafeLoad coverage was also declined, which helps protect against these types of situations. We always aim to help safely and respectfully within the limits of what's provided.
