This was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with Tetris. They arrived extremely late, which completely disrupted my travel plans. When they finally showed up, only one mover actually worked even though I paid for two. To make matters worse, they broke my brand-new desk and tried to hide it in the van so I wouldn’t notice. I asked for a refund for the missing helper and was told I’d receive it within 10 business days, but it never came. One of the movers, Mike, was involved, and whoever supervises him clearly shouldn’t have a job. I am beyond disappointed with their service and would never recommend them to anyone.
