• All was well until the day of. I confirmed the night before AND the morning of the move, the time requested, of 2 pm. Once I noticed it was after 2 pm and I hadn’t heard from anyone, I texted and then called. And only then was I informed the move crew was running late,AN HOUR LATE! The person I spoke with was not apologetic and the fact that I had to call to be provided with an update was so unprofessional. I picked this specific time because I was moving my things out of the state. That hour late turned into an hour and twenty three minutes late. I texted the number I called originally when it was after three and they were still not there. I was then given a phone number to contact someone. I called him only to be told that they’re unable to locate me and asked that I resend the address. Mind you, I sent the same address that I had previously and they were able to find my location. The crew was also not apologetic about having been late, amongst other things. Bad experience

• The crew did a very good job and were efficient. There was a slight delay on the start time due to a mix up with the address but overall they made up for the initial delay with their effort. I'd hire them again.
