Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
These people are not professional, they do not know what they are doing. Lost & damage iteams. One of them went through my mail. I sent them home early they were so bad. Then when I called to let the office know what their movers have done, I was to shut the fuck up you stupid woman
I tried contacting the provider direct three times to schedule the time of my move. I didn’t get anyone on the phone until late afternoon the day before our move. At first they’d didn’t see my reservation and said I could Zelle them direct and maybe they could find someone to help me (even though I already had paid through MoveHelp and had a confirmation number). He then said to call MoveHelp but they were closed at 4pm. I finally figured out the issue myself. The movers were great (Frank & Fernando) knowledgeable and helpful. But communication with Grade A was awful. I would not use them again for that reason.
