  Even though they were 40 minutes late due to traffic which was understandable they did a fantastic job helping us getting the heavy and bulky items up two flights of stairs. It was well worth the wait!

  LA’s Moving Team is an absolute gem! Their communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. Matthew and Eric arrived punctually and promptly got to work. They even brought essential moving supplies like dollies, hand trucks, bags, and straps, which was a huge relief since I’ve had other companies that didn’t provide these. They also informed me in advance about not needing to rent these supplies, saving me from unnecessary expenses. The move itself went smoothly, except for a minor hiccup. A local event caused a road closure, forcing them to walk through the entire apartment complex to reach our unit. Despite this inconvenience, they handled the situation with grace and professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude throughout. We highly recommend LA’s Moving Team and will definitely reach out to them for any future moves.

  Golden Loaders

  I was unsure how long the job would take and paid for 3 hours but the job was completed in 1 hour. I asked for 1 hours fees to be refunded and they could keep 1 hour for a tip but Kevin kept all 3 hours fees and didn't answer messages from myself and movinghelp.com support. The Golden movers experience will stop me from using the Movinghelp.com website in the future due to their lack of help in trying to resolved this issue.
