  • We were originally scheduled for Sunday & ended up getting back to town sooner than planned on Saturday evening. I was able to text & get the fellas to come out that same night. They took care of notifying Uhaul to reschedule the unload, they kept me updated on their travels, & despite having a delay of a tire blowout, they still arrived & did a wonderful job. They insisted I relax & not help, but that's not in my nature, so they graciously allowed me to guide them & help with some of the smaller boxes. I'm grateful nothing happened to them en route as a tire blowout can definitely be bad. Instead of rescheduling for the original date & time, they pushed thru, got a new tire, then still made it to get the job done. They didn't stop & worked until the whole truck was clean, then even swept it out for me. Definitely top notch & I would hire them again. Also to note, text was the best way I could get in contact & worked well, although he's great with making phone calls to update as well.
