Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were professional but moved a little slow paced. They were taking things up on the elevator 1 or 2 things at a time at it was a small move so I was concerned even after booking 2 hours. I did a lot of rearranging things on the truck myself and even though I hired 2 movers, I spent a lot of this move lifting and putting boxes away myself.
Carlos and Jay were super helpful and got things done in a super efficient manner! It was extremely helpful!
Charles was a very nice young man however he told me this morning. He was going to leave his house at around nine or 930 and they didn’t show up until after 2 o’clock with no communication. I called several times and left several text messages and it just stressed me out to the hill cause I’m moving out of state. Other than that, it was great. I tipped $20 in cash.
