  • Upon arrival the crew that came out did an absolutely stunning job and were lovely. The got my truck unloaded in half the time I had thought would be needed. The handled my items with care and put everything exactly where I needed it (including many many shelves down narrow staircases, which was incredibly impressive!). Would recommend in a heartbeat. I will say there was an issue with communication. I was scheduled for early morning and nobody arrived or called to explain a delay. I had to reach out a few times (and was panicking when multiple ETAs came and went). When they arrived around 5pm, they apologized and explained what happened, I just would have appreciated a little more thorough communication along the way.

  • We had a very disappointing experience with Rosh Elite Moving Group through U-Haul's Moving Help platform. Communication was poor from the beginning, and Moving Help had to contact them because we could not reach them. Despite insisting on an earlier start, the crew still arrived about an hour late. A loading job that should have taken 2 to 3 hours took over 6 hours. They first asked us to pay the extra hours by cash or e-Transfer instead of through U-Haul. We refused. After the move, they requested a cash tip, which we paid. They then demanded another hour's pay in cash. When we refused, their vehicle blocked our U-Haul from leaving until we reluctantly paid. Our bed frame, antique mirror, and stock pot were also damaged. This was stressful, unprofessional, and not a service I can recommend. I hope future customers carefully consider these issues before choosing this company for their move. I have requested a formal investigation through Moving Help and will provide documentation.

  • A few broken items - leg on table, leg under cabinet, damaged fridge and wall removing it from basement - however it was very heavy so understandable
