    Moving Muscle

    My previous movers were incredible so maybe my standards were high but I was not impressed with Moving Muscle. I initially received a text with questions surrounding my move. When I responded I never got a response back nor did they ever respond via text again. When I called in they said it wasn’t them that text me but when my move was over I got a few more texts. I don’t know if there’s an issue with their system or what. I did make a last minute schedule change but the one mover ended up being an hour late. Both movers were young and seemed inexperienced. My child’s father had to assist at times. I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend them but you can def find better. The company did refund me 1 hour of the move since the 1 mover was late which I appreciated.
