• Overall, the movers were on time, worked quickly, and handled my furniture with care, even with multiple flights of stairs. I appreciated how efficient and professional they were throughout the move. My only concern was with billing. I was booked for 3 hours, but the job was completed in about 2 and I was still charged for the full time. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of. They do move fast, so I’d recommend booking less time upfront and adding more if needed. That way you’re not paying for time you don’t use.

  5 flights of stairs between both locations and a bad review for customer part over booking time because we know what we are doing is a slap to our face

• Moving truck was not utilized to its full capacity even though movers still had a little over an hour left to do so. There was a ton of overhead space so it was not packed efficiently. Due to the stairs and size of house, I did tip them $30 each which didn't seem to be appreciated.

  Job was packed efficiently and even for safe travels as customer had to big of a truck, as movers we know how to pack a SAFE EVEN truck. Also provided straps for customer who had none for there long travel across states. No complaints to there unload. EFFICIENCY
