• I personally wasn’t a fan. I hired movers for the big items that I couldn’t get myself. I told them that from the onset. Also the time limit. Despite that they gathered many small items which took both time and energy that required me to step in and take greater control which I received push back telling me I was micromanaging as if it’s not my move. Honestly, it was not well spent. I had to ultimately hire other movers to complete the job and if given the option I probably wouldn’t hire them again simply because it felt like they intentionally took and wasted time in order to delay the work. They also arrived late, took long breaks, took phone calls, ect. Which I simply found to be unprofessional but in the end if they’d have gotten the job done well I wouldn’t have cared but given that I hired them in a bind I don’t think I’d hire them again. IMO.

  Im sorry that you had a bad experience but you came to the Move within proper equipment to get the job done fast You got a 15 foot truck when you need a 26 foot truck for a three bedroom house so we had to do multiple trips everything was buried on top of each other and nothing was properly packaged so as a customer please Prepare for your move properly to make the move go smoothly
