• I had the most incredibly horrible experience today with your moving company! I am absolutely appalled and shocked at their unprofessional behavior and I should be compensated for this! The movers took only 4 items out of the truck and then said they had no more time and refused to finish unloading or even take the 4 items inside. The left them on the street and then they got stolen. How could they not take the time to at least put those 4 items into my apartment or back into the truck? They PROMISED they would come back to finish the job. They NEVER came back AND they wouldn’t answer any of my calls texts or emails! Because of this I had to sleep on my floor last night and pay for the U-Haul an extra day and then hire all new movers to unpack the truck today! Cost me so much more money time and aggravation and time off work. I am FURIOUS! No one is responding to any of my messages about this. It’s the worst customer service imaginable!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

• First of all they showed up late after I even called the day before and told them to come an hour earlier. The worst part about it though is when I opened the cargo door my belonging had been tossed and turned every which way. This is even after the fact that the first bag I brought and handed to them I told them were ratcheting straps and they used absolutely none of them. It was also apparent that they had just thrown a lot of my things on top of the pile just to make them fit.
