I had scheduled the movers to come around 1pm, and my boxes did not arrive til 11pm-midnight time frame. When my boxes finally arrived, one of the movers decided to not show up and so it was me and one mover moving all of my own things. When I tried to call and ask for a partial refund, they offered me a $6 handling fee refund, and followed up with a future move store credit. I tried to resolve it on the phone but their communication was awful, they had their employees blowing up my phone when I was at work, and they were super unprofessional on the phone when trying to get a more reasonable refund. The only person who put in any effort was the one mover and so I thank him. Would not recommend. Feel free to reach out for email,photo,call logs and receipts.
