• Phillip was kind and communicative before the move, confirming the date and assuring us they'd arrive at 9am. Instead, he and his partner arrived at 11;15am. They loaded the U-Haul in about 40 minutes. We reminded them about unloading at the storage unit (we had booked and paid for two movers for three hours). At the unit, Phillip arrived 20 minutes later, alone, saying his partner had a family emergency and someone else was coming soon. Since the day was already delayed and we had extended and paid for extra truck time, we told him to get started. No one else ever arrived, so we ended up unloading everything with Phillip. We expected an apology or partial refund, but he only mentioned other moves that caused delays. While we appreciate their effort, a moving service must manage time and set honest expectations. We paid for two movers for three hours but got two for 40 minutes, one for 40 minutes, and did much of the work ourselves

• Movers were nice but unfortunately dropped my dresser twice ! It was a sentimental piece my mother bought me before passing away! I spoke with the owner and sent pics and he was not cooperative in assisting me at all , all he wanted was the payment code ! I definitely do not recommend
