• I received a call two days prior to my move they would arrive a hour later than previously agreed. I accepted the change since it would not effect me that much. A little after two hours before my move i was contacted again to inform me they would arrive another hour later due to the job before mine. I express my concerns with this because it would cause me problems. They offer another person free of charge to make up the time. I agreed. Fifteen minutes after the agreed upon time I received a call they were close by, and would arrive shortly. after a hour of waiting I called to get an update. was informed they ran into traffic(to be expected around 330pm on a friday). Another hour passes and I text for an update because the last location I had is maybe 15 minutes away. they arrive 2 hours later stating they blew a tired right after the call. once there they(2guys not 3) arrive they were very quick and completed the entire move in under 4 hours with 44mile distance between location.

• They had a blowout and arrived very late. Although I understood the delay they were very poor in communicating with me regarding the status of their arrival. Would not pick up the phone or return a a text. I thought I was getting ghosted so I booked another mover. They did finally come through so I cancelled the other mover. Once they arrived they did a great job.
