I want to start by saying that the crew were very nice guys and the price was great. It was kind of down hill from there. I asked for a 9am start time, they said 10am would be better so I agreed. The day of the move, they didn't show up until 2pm. 4 hours after the start time they suggested. Within an hour, the helper was asking where they could go get lunch. I had two dozen moving blankets I asked them to use when loading the furniture. Less than half of the blankets got used and nearly every piece of wood furniture I have is scuffed or scraped. A pretty big scratch was left on the laminate flooring when moving a filing cabinet. I'm sure the landlord will be charging me for new flooring. They worked quickly once they finally arrived, but more care could've been taken with some of our belongings.
