The name that I had when initially set up appt was not the same person that confirmed they would be assisting us. But was confirmed with owner that they were all on the same team same company.

I ordered moving help for 2 hours, they were there for one. One of the two gentleman spent half an hour of that sitting on the curb on his phone. The other gentleman knocked over my $1,600 DJ Controller, and played it off like nothing. I contacted them to let them know about the damage due to knocking it over and they stopped responding via text and call. I loaded the U-Haul mostly myself, and lifted most of the heavy items myself due to them being 3 hours LATE.
