• I paid U-Haul for the truck and motion kings. Motion kings text and asked if I had any large items. I responded that I had a gun safe and they replied thank you. The co-owner and a helper arrived to move my items. Co-owner told me that I had two oversized items (gun safe and hutch that was in two pieces(my mom and I moved this earlier so not sure how it’s overly heavy)). Informed me that it would be an additional 200$ for the safe and $200 for the hutch and said the office should have informed me. I asked if I could try and call someone else to help but was told they needed to put them in a special spot and load them asap. By that time I had no other options. Thank God the guy settled for$300 bucks plus 2 bottles of tequila I had. I contacted the office today trying to reach the other owner (Major)who wouldn’t even call me back. Instead text me back that I made the agreement and that rental agreements are made for a reason and that customers should read them. They’re scam get in cheap

• I booked my move through U-Haul’s moving help service, and booked Motion Kingsz. These two young men who were truly exceptional. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and ready to work. They unloaded my UPack container quickly, carefully, and with great attention to detail making sure every box and item went exactly where I needed it in my new apartment. They listened, communicated clearly, and removed every barrier that could have made this move stressful. Their work ethic was outstanding, and they treated my belongings with real care. They made a big job feel easy, and I genuinely appreciated how helpful and positive they were throughout the entire process. Motion Kingsz delivered top-tier service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and efficient moving help.
