Our team makes your move easier by handling the heavy lifting with care, efficiency, and friendly service so your U-Box experience is smooth from delivery to cleanup.

We are here when you need someone to pickup or drop off your U-Box for you at the U-Haul Service Center. We also offer services to load the U-box or unload U-box with your packed items for you.

  • Daniel reached out a few weeks prior to ask my preferred delivery time, which I thought was a great start. I let him know morning (10-12) is ideal and to let me know if it works for him. I never heard back which I took to mean it would be during that time window. I texted the week of my delivery once with a different question, to no response. I texted again the morning of my delivery (halfway through time window I provided), to no response. 2 hours after the time window passed, I call him, and he says they are in the middle of a move and mine would be delivered likely between 4-5pm. It did not get delivered until almost 7pm. We sat home waiting all day for the delivery so the poor communication (especially after the planning text) was extremely frustrating. The delivery was fine and smooth and he was more responsive once he actually had our pod but could have been a much better overall experience with better communication.
