Fabian and Simi were a very effective duo at unloading our 20ft Uhaul van when we arrived in Austin. They communicated well and efficiently navigated the freight elevator at our apartment complex. Fabian and Simi took initiative and brought their own tools. If there were any concerns, it was potential carelessness when it came to reassembling the beds. We bear some responsibility as the bed frame components were not adequately labeled, but our west elm bed frame sustained some damage due to the wrong screws and power tools being used.
