• Order placed for 2 packers, 2 loaders for the initial spot. 1 packer, 1 loader showed up. Unsurprisingly went on overtime and Uhaul was zero help.

  Hi Cody . You ordered 2 packers for 2 hours and 2 mover for 4 hours as explained in person and over the phone . Our team did 6 hours in total and some for you. This was explained in person as you stated you understood. and had my team proceed to work just to turn around and make a false assumption. In total you got 2 guys for 6 hours . 2 hours of packing and 4 hours of moving I even gave you discounted time as we went over the original estimated time! God bless you, Sir.

  Cody this was all explained to you in person you ordered 2 guys for a total of 6 hours. You told dispatch you did not want to go over time and told the guys in person that it is okay to keep working. 2 hours of packing and 4 hours of moving and that is what you got. we told you it is not 4 people but 2 people packing and then 4 hours of moving and you agreed until the end of your scheduled time. The house was not packed or clean we had to pack everything in boxes clean and dirty in 2 hours while moving around a clustered home, we went over time i notified you and you said it was okay to keep going because you had so much stuff and then move everything into a 28ft truck witch usually takes 2 hours to pack and you had 2 trips full. 5 bedroom house full of stuff this definitely was my worse experience with any customer, officer. Thanks I will now raise my prices due to customer like you thanks Sir.

  Hi , sorry we can not load an unpacked home is the same reason we all agreed to pack the home first for 2 hours and then handle your move for the next 4 hours with one crew. In total 6 hours of work. We did the best we could do with the time frame we had, 28ft truck with 2 loads, it usually takes 2 hours to build a truck. Customer says house 90 percent pack and it was a 5 bedroom home packed about 70 percent with things everywhere we was instructed to pack it clean or dirty even with the hazardous conditions we still stayed and helped. We kept costumer updated on time and with his permission we was instructed to continue. Dispatch calls us and says he do not want to go over time after we already a hour over his scheduled time so we stop and ask customer says no I did not say that yall can continue. So we finish and now he does not want to pay the price for extended time! After being turned down by 2 previous moving companies I figured we was doing a good deed. Thanks!
