  • The two young gentlemen that helped would benefit from training. How to use common moving products and tools would be beneficial for services offered. They both has a great attitude but were not prepared with enough fuel to go across town, which I got billed for them not being ready. Not a big deal but it would have been good for them to at least be honest about not using the whole two hours when they really did work for 1.5 hours.
