• This company was HORRIBLE to work with. The only redeeming thing about this move was Mike, one of our mover helpers. If it weren’t for him, I would literally request 0 stars. One of the movers brought an unauthorized person in our home, they were smoking outside our home on arrival, chipped not one but TWO of my door ways ripping wood off the paneling, took over 2.5 hours to pack the uHaul with such little care that we ended up having to rearrange it ourselves. We had a broken lamp, ripped bags, plywood panels of our furniture dented in. This same mover helper complained about his pay while roaming our home, almost put a heavy box on my pet’s SOFT cage because he did not listen to our instructions to work around our animals, and made a threat upon leaving. They also tried to charge us with a surprise fee that was not a part of the booking. Worst experience ever, I want my money back.

  I'm sorry you feel that way but at the same time i know this is exaggerated because my dispatch agent went out on site there were no animals in the uhaul truck because he was out there to address concerns of receiving services that wasn't paid for like loading and unloading uboxes. Mike is one of best staff members and i have the text messages where you and you husband became aware that additional services would not be performed for free which you and your husband kept insisting on. Also youand your husband willing solicited our employee behind our back and paid for ubers and lyfts to transport him back to your house in attemp to pay him for the extra services you wanted and the make acomplaint to try to get a refund. And you were drinking and intoxicated and became belligerent with my staff.
