I booked 2 ppl for 3 hrs. I called the day before to confirm. I didn't receive a confirmation until 8pm. Because they booked another job they were trying to show up 8am. I told them I was picking up the truck at 8am. They showed up ( a petite girl and skinny guy) but milked the clock. They barely did any work and they left earlier than the 3 hours. I ended up having to hire labor from a different company. I booked based on the reviews but would not recommend at least not for a big job.
