I feel like this job was subcontracted out twice -- the communication was very strange, the actual guy helping had no idea what was going on, and there were 2 people above him I talked to? It gave the feel of 'too many chiefs, not enough indians.' We booked two people and only one showed up. Later they told me one had an emergency but honestly it gave the feel that they didn't ever book the second person
