  I originally scheduled for 2 hours for the help over a month ago. I received a call the day before the move confirming the time. I asked for 9am and was told that the help would arrive between 9-10AM. I then asked to move the time up to 8am to be certain they would be completed within 2 hours due to a delivery scheduled for the same day. I was also told I had to pay for an additional 2 hours because it was 2 hours for load and 2 hours for unload. I did not appreciate this communication the day before I was going to move as this was now my only option. I paid for the additional hours but the move only took 2 hours as was originally requested. I would appreciate a refund for the additional hours I paid for. I also tipped the guys which is where the money should have gone in the first place.

  Zach and Tony (I believe) were the gentlemen who helped me, they were very nice and worked very hard. They packed the truck very well and tried to be as quick as they could. The only thing (which may have been my fault) is that even though we provided them with the furniture pads, they didn't use them so some of our stuff got some pretty big scuffs and even chunks taken out of them. I did have to extend the time, but they were super honest about that process and how much time they would need to finish. I would book with them again, I would just want to make sure that I pad my own furniture.
