• Would not recommend this service. I had a bad experience where I did not receive my full 3 hours booked and my dresser was broken in the process after supplying the requested ratchet straps. Once I reached out to file a claim about my broken dresser I was met in an extremely rude accusatory way by the owner stating that I ‘cursed at the movers’ and ‘stated I always get discounts’ well that was a lie, I didn’t do that and come to find out they admitted they were confusing me with another customer with the same name. I only received a $46 refund and still have a broken dresser and was accused of things I did not do without receiving a proper apology. Do not use this service. The customer service is absolutely abhorrent and unacceptable. So unprofessional. You will not be satisfied with this service or any follow up customer service.
