Did not arrive on time. First messaged that they were running behind schedule and would arrive at a later time. When they didn't arrive at the said time and called to check on ETA was told that the scheduled team will not be able to come and that they will need to send someone else. I had to extend my truck rental to the next day because of that. One of the movers who came was not even a regular mover - he is a body builder doing this on the side and wasn't adept at moving stuff. Broke my book case while loading - despite my telling him to have two people lift it, he wanted to do it all by himself! However, both of them were very polite and otherwise easy to work with.
