• This was a terrible experience from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment, to being forced to reschedule for later in the day, to movers refusing to do the work they had agreed to do, the entire process was frustrating. Ultimately, three teenagers arrived to complete the move, but this was nearly three hours after the move was originally scheduled to begin. Management assured me I would receive a refund for one hour due to these issues, yet I still have not received my money.

• On January 1, I paid your moving company to load my stuff for my apartment into the truck. One of the guys showed up late came upstairs and was looking around. I asked the other guys who is he said he came to help. I only seen him come in my apartment one time I never seen him again so I went downstairs to the truck and asked the other guys. Where is he? They said he wasn't feeling well. He left. I'm finally in my new apartment unpack and my stuff is missing. They had the guy pull up and pretend to be a worker and he stole my stuff. Don’t trust this company they have some young hood guys working and they stole my winter coats and it’s snowing outside I’m so mad
