Thankfully they worked an additional 45 minutes to help complete the move without complaining. I paid them for this overtime. The young boy was clearly inexperienced and was less than effective. I had to teach him how to use a dolly instead of caring individual boxes. It took the two of them three and a half hours to unload where is it only took one man three and a half hours to load. I expected a quicker unload. And they had no clue as to how to maximize the use of the storage unit. So all of this took more time, but I was willing to pay for more time to get it done. I already tipped them.

The boy she is referring to jas did countless moving jobs, the problem why it took so long is she jad to go through every box to see where she wanted it in the storage unit. Would have been done in the time alotted if she was prepared.
