• Punctual, Professional, and Polite. This team does it all. Despite presenting them with a challenging move going down 2 flights of stairs, across a parking lot, and up 3 more flights of stairs during the extreme AZ heat... This team rose to the challenge without complaint. They carefully staged my belongings and went about moving items from one unit to another in a very methodical manner. The team lead kept me updated along the entire process and even helped with packing some of the odd shaped items to ensure a damage free move. While they are new to this platform, Load Kings proved themselves to be trustworthy and dependable. The little things they did, such as closing the door between rounds to keep the AC in, go above and beyond what I've come to expect from most movers. Definitely give them a chance.
