My items were stuffed into the storage unit haphazardly with little regard as to how they might have FIT differently; their main concern was the time vs money issue and this was mentioned several times. This was quickly became a very frustrating situation.

This customer was over one and a half hours late to the scheduled start time, We were on time. We didn't have much time left to complete the job due to the customer being extremely late. We worked fast and completed the job. We didn't cause any damage. Customer was not honest about how far away they were when asked multiple times.
