• Unfortunately, these guy's did not do a good job loading and organizing the uhaul. Somehow what we previous fit in a 16' they couldn't get loaded in a 20' I have spent the past 3 hours repackaging the back half of the uhaul so I can actually take everything. As im going in and moving stuff, I realize there is SO MUCH free space in the back half still. While they went to the store for a break I actually reorganized it in order to have more space, so that was alarming. I hired professionals to hopefully get this done quicker but now were working hard reorganizing then if we had just done it ourselves from the beginning. The gentleman are very nice however they need to take a little more time and be more organized and thoughtful with how theyre moving and loading.

• I had a confirmed arrival time of 10 am. They arrived at 1.30 pm. They bright no tools, no straps, and were not aware the box would be traveling 1800 miles to our house in North Carolina. We went a purchased straps and borrowed tools and packing tape from the memory care center where the pick up occurred. My husband had to direct them how to properly strap the furniture in for the long ride. I suggest screening your mover partners, maybe provide training on loading, and require they carry tools, straps, and tape to every job. Overall the guys were polite and worked hard to get the furniture out and to the box. They paid respectful attention to my husband’s instructions on securing the cargo. They have potential but need some guidance. I tipped them in cash when the job was finished.
