Stated they had cleaned the pantry floor when it was clearly untouched with visible debris, unswept much less mopped, and we were both looking directly at it. We requested evening and they tried to confirm for 3pm. They said not to bother leaving a review.

Repeatedly made U-Haul boxes with handles upside-down despite correction, rendering the handles unusable. Did not follow instructions on dishsaver sleeves and inserts, instead packing away these packing materials unused so no one could use them.

Slightly behind time but they communicated why, which is good and not a big deal. These guys move quick and fast. Loaded the U Haul better than I ever could. Was able to move extra items than anticipated. Conscientious about walls as best of their ability as I know moving furniture can be difficult. Would hire them again!
