  • This dude is an absolute swindler. Kept changing the meet time at the last second, then didn't show up at all and sent his brother and some kid- not professional movers, who broke multiple items, ignored all instructions, didn't bother unloading any of the large items they were specifically hired to move, and left us with the truck more than half full and not even tied down. Worst of all? We got charged extra because they're on camera URINATING on someone else's storage unit door!!! When I told the owner all this, he said he would make it right...then, after not showing up yet again, tried to intimidate us into paying to hire him again. Why would we pay twice for someone who never showed up the first time? Upon asking for a refund, he has ghosted. Should be zero stars, and if we don't get an answer, will become legal action.

    As all my customers know I'm a very humble an responsible man I have every text message on file I'm very savvy when it comes to be at every job on time. No proof of the workers urinating on anything no proof of broken items.. I have pictures that I make sure my workers give me upon revealing broken items if they come across them because I've been threw this type of thing with Pryor customers from when I worked for a company that wasn't my own.. not only did they complete the three hours of work the client granted them the code for the job if any of this happened at all why pay for the job .. I can't order my guys to work for free when I'm provided proof of this matter it shall be handled until then my hands are tied. Thanks
